Dear Naraynan,

As it is mentioned in the Industrial Employement Standing Order (Central Rules), 1946 it is stated that it is applivable to any establishment having 100 or more than hundred employee's. But in certain states such Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttranchal etc. State Government is authorized to make its own rules or may such orders by issuing notification declaring the aaplicability of Standing orders to 20 or more than 20 in any establishment.

So I would you to please query about the state rules or there are any other notification issued by the central govt.

Regards
