I am Taking a POA from my son who is travelling aroad for 2 years
It will authorise me to sign papers on his behalf relating to income tax & share market transactions & Bank related documents
The POA should be made on what amount Stamp paper & also is the genaral POA listed in the files section good enough for me ?
