I WANT TO MADE A MOU FOR AN AMOUNT OF 25LAKHS (FILM BUSSINESS SHARE) ON WHICH VALU STAMP PAPER SHOULD I USE

Stamp Paper of Rs.100 would suffice (being the maximum amount)

Memorandum of understanding is only a written from of your terms signed by both of you. MOU  need not be in a stamp paper. You  can make a proper agreement  with the party on a nonjudicial stamp paper for an agreement required in the concerned State. That will be only  valid in the eye of law.
