Stamp paper purchased creditor or debtor

One person given loan and one person taken loan.

Which person name the non Judicial Stamp paper purchase?

Dear Martha,

Anyone either Creditor or debtor may purchase stamp paper non judicial , however in general practice it is debtor who does the same.

1) To take loan it is debtor responsibility to execute agreement.

2) In practice Debtor should execute it on non judicial stamp paper in his name.
