I have done a business transaction on 10/9/2015 from a vendor at mutually agreed rates. Later as per my company norms, i drafted a business agreement from 01/09/2015 to 31/03/2017.
Since i was running short of stamp paper, bought stamp paper date 21/09/2015 and drafted agreement with above dates mentioned.
Is this agreement valid and acceptable. Please clarify

It is valid agreement.
