A company executes a lease deed by paying proper stamp duty. After couple of years, the company need additional car parking space and has to pay a monthly car parking charges in addition to rent. which were not payable earlier. I have the following questions:
Are the car parking charges considered alongwith annual rent to calculate stamp duty (considering these charges were payable since execution of lease deed)
If yes, do we need to pay stamp duty on the addendum to this lease deed.
