Mr Han

I don't think nephew or brother in law do not come under the definition of relative under Registration Act.

They are not members of your family.

mr. han family member means the immediate relation to you like mother, brother, sister, son, wife father and rest of the relatives is not consider as family member as per the registration act and under G.O. Ms.No. 40 and the stamp duty for other than family is 3% and one thousand rupees registration fee.
