Hi Kriti
You can look for Entry No. 5 i.e Agreement in the Bombay Stamp Act. The non disclosure agreement is covered under the entry for agreement only. The duty given is Rs. 20 in the Act, however, it is advisable to make it on Rs. 100 stamp paper. For any other clarification, write to me at mittaljets@gmail.com.
