Stamp act

in the proces of registration of document  , some corrections and over writting was done before scaning the document .the executent was not attested them . such document was valid.? how to cancel that document .the claimant refuses to for cancellation.

You prepare a rectification deed with corrected version and both the buyer and seller must go to Registrar Office along with the original Deed and get registered the rectification deed also keeping each of you, the buyer and seller one copy each.The Registrar will certify that original is rectified as described in the rectification deed and would put a stamp/seal of approval on the original with all rectifications.This is 100% valid.
