In a promisory note suit , i am the petitioner (I filed the suit)and the defendant advocate had cross examine me.Now it is the turn of the scriber or promisory note writer to be cross examined, but here he is muslim and he is saying that he cannot come as this is the ramzan time and he is in fasting.But what to do now , shall we tell to our advocate and ask him to request the COURT JUDGE to consider the request and see to that he can be cross examined after the ramzan season or any other legal remedy is there for this.The pro note sriber is ready to come to the court after lunch hours if needed so.Can this be possible with a request in the court.Kindly sugget a solution for this.
