SRA CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY AFTER ELECTION

This is a query regarding recently held society election in our Sra building in july.A new Society was made according to annexure list of people approx 240 were on the list. The Annexure list is approx 15yrs old .All the people were on the list voted and new society was formed.
The problem is out of 240 voters 180 people out of the list had sold their house few years back.Yet the new society cheated and called them for election.Wen they have sold their houses does their vote counts.People who don't stay in the building voted. They were told they will get their house back.
legally wat can be done to bring a Stay to the society.I have the list of people who have purchased the flat but they were not allowed to vote because their names were not updated because they have not paid the transaction fees to Sra.Or election should have been held after the new buyer list is updated.plz update.

Please follow rules of bye-laws of your society

Apply principle of ' Membership' . If Any of the  so called members continued to be members as per d bye laws of the society then society ought have added their name in the provisional list & if not the aggrieved members should have insisted their names to be included in the list .the sd members could have taken up the matter with the RO .or DR of the societies .

Yes the society was involved they didn't wont new buyers to get involved.Thats why people who had sold their flats were called for voting. But no-one took objection then but now the new society is made and harassing the new buyers. So We wanted a solution now

I suppose only alternative is to approach d DR stating d anomalies & requesting a re election .
