Sra agreement validity

Dear Sir/Madam,

We need lawyer who can assist us (the project took 20 years) . We are a group of more than 500 people, staying in a prime location of Bandra west. In the year 1995 our committee members made an agreement with a builder, to offer flats under SRA scheme, overnight they took our signatures and did not give a copy of the agreement. After that we did not hear from the builder. In the last three years, the builder has now joined hands with another builder to develop the property. He did build an SRA building, in a small portion of the place, for some section of the people. We are staying in our orginal structures, Also in the interim we did not receive any information regarding the project nor any paper work. We then approached the builder before starting the project that we do not want the old rules. But the builder did not listen nor the committe members are ready to listen or give the copy of the agreement. Now the builder wants us to move to the new building which he has made after a gap of 20 years, to which we are not agreeing. He is saying the government has asked him to demolish the place as he has the consent of us. What should be do can any lawyer assist us.
