Sir,
My wife filed DVC against me &my parents after the disposl of 498A in 2008&recently in AP HC also.I got divorce from her in 2010&paying Rs4000/-PM to her and my daughter acording to FC. She appeald in Divorce to HC.
I asked my Adv. to go for squash in DVC to HC. He is saying totally squash would not be possible.Suash on ur Parents would be possible.Plese clarify me whethr it is possible or not?

Merit of quashing petition is rare in High Court, it would better for you defend the case properly.

We are seperate since 2004.She filed 498A in 2004.As the act is in force since2005,is it maintainble now?
