one person who was very sensitive towards stray cattles , was charged with chaka jam at the NH road, as this cow was hit by a unknown truck before two days..that person and some other person abstract that road and make the hasitation against administration..on that
police charged them for chaka jam on NH road. and during investigation also hand over that stray cattle to that person (accused) on spoordari bond .
*now my question is that is this legal..
*is that cow is not a case property
* is that cow is not the responsibility of adminstration beside the accused
* can that accused request the court to hand over that cow to adminstration
* can that accused request to claim the expenses to feed and care that cow for two years..
