We file a suit for permanent injuction for our grand father's land. The Respondent refused the summon. And then the suit was exparte and gave a temporary injuction from District munisif court. But now the respondent give a vakalath and a statement later. Then now various vaaitha and ........... So please idea to me quick judgement to me. Because My grand father was above 85 years.
