I have a Writ Petition pending with Chennai High Court in CJ court (Bench 1). The matter came for hearing and admission was adjourned to July 3rd asking Respondent to file a counter affidavait.However since today the case has not come for hearing.
The W.P got listed in cause list 1 month back but never reached hearing.After 10 days, the W.P was removed from even in Cause List.
Is there any procedure for petitioner to speed up things or tag the matter as urgent?Also in Chennai High Court Kiosk, the W.P is listed as PRIORITY:88
