Special power of attorney

We granted Special Power of Attorney to three persons relating to Sales Tax matter.  Now we want to add the name of another two persons besides  exsisting three. What should we do and why - a)revokation of earlier attorney and issue a new one specifying five persons or b) alteration of previous one by supplementary.

There is no expiration date on a general power of attorney unless otherwise specified. The specific power of attorney expires once the transaction is complete.
