special marriage...

Hi all, My friend is hindu. But he married christian girl. He not converted to christian. But his parents marriage is intercaste. Father hindu and mother christian. My friend marriage comes special marriage act?

it comes under Special Marriage Act. and it may be registered in a Church because one of party is Christian. but it is advisable to register the marriage under Spl.Mrge. Act at O/o the Registrar.
