Hi Everybody,
I am opening a SPA and SALON in Hyderabad. Almost work done and now another salon beside to me has raised a issue that the distance between one salon and other should be 300meters. Now, I already invested so many lakhs in this and they are not allowing me to open a salon for men women and kids.
This rule is with in their union ( a local union with 450 shops) and this is not a govt rule. I dont know this rule before setting up this one and no body objected till now. when I am about to do the grand opening , Union is objecting. As per government, I have registered by firm, service tax, lobour licence everything.
Now, please suggest me how to approach court or take stay order or any other solution. I appreciate the quick response.
