SOMEONE OBTAIN MY SON BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR ACCUSING ME IN FALSE CASE

SOMEONE OBTAIN MY SON BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR ACCUSING ME IN FALSE CASE ..
MY RELETIVE OBTAIN MY SON BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND KNOWINGLY MENTION WRONG DATE OF BIRTH.
ONLY MOTHER AND FATHER OBTAIN BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS PER RULE.
NOW I HAVE TWO BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY SON BIRTH CERTIFICATE WHICH IS WRONLY OBTAINED BY MY RELETIVE AND I AM ALSO LODGE CASE AGAINST THAT GUYS.
PLS GUIDE ME TO LODGE CASE AGAINST MY RELETIVE FOR FORGING MY DOCUMENT.
BIRTH CERTIFICATE OBTAINED FROM MUNICIPALITY.
NOW I LODGE COMPLAIN IN MUNICIPALITY OR COURT.
plz guide me.

please use RTI for knowing that the wrong cerificate is issued on the basi of which documents ?

I already applied RTI online and supporting documents send by concerned department.
but now query is that how to cancel birth certificate and take action against that person and department also

did you contact the municipality which issued this wrong certificate for cancellation.

NO BECAUSE AFTER ISSUING CANCELLATION PROCESS VERY LONG.

Yes but municipal corporation didn't want to take action against accused and not cancel birth certificate.
even I send many applications municipality not give any reply
