Solvency certificate

Is Solvency Certificate issued by Chartered Accountant valid in civil court matter?

Quick Summary
A solvency certificate is crucial for civil court matters, but it cannot be issued by a Chartered Accountant. Only a competent court of law or a Revenue Authority has the power to grant a legally valid solvency certificate. If you need clarification on obtaining a valid certificate, consult with legal professionals.

Yes.  The CA cannot issue a solvency certificate and it shall be obtained from Revenue Authority or any court.
