Solicitor - an employee or 'service provider'

Is a Solicitor an 'Employee' or 'Service Provider' to his form?

Quick Summary
This discussion delves into the theoretical and academic question of whether a solicitor working within a firm should be classified as an employee or an independent service provider. The aim is to analyse the solicitor's role and obligations from a legal perspective, rather than a practical dispute scenario.

Be specific with facts for obligation (but not examination) of experts.

What is your concern / problem / dispute / locus standi, if any ?

You have  not posted the material facts.

Dear Sir, this is not a litigation oriented issue. This is a theoretical rather academic issue I have encountered while analysing the role of a solicitor to a firm. If on basis of academic(legal) discussing you may proceed else. THANKS for your time.
