Soliciting for a new soul mate during separation period

Is it ok legally for a person to solicit for a new soul mate during separation period? I am not talking of marrying. It is just about advertising or contacting prospects and offering them absolute transparency about the situation while conversing with them.

1.    No, not at all legally advisable to solicit so and so.

2.    Correct legal course would be to seek legal separation from a jurisdiction’s Court of Law from your partner come what may if found so desperate for a soul mate akin to second marriage.

3.    Failing which alternate social remedies are two-fold;
- find a suitable life-partner for her so that your transition for your second innings is smooth and/or
- strive to live until then in a utopian world till para 2 objectives are fulfilled.

what about websites like bharatmatrimony.com which have an option for members during registration which says "awaiting divorce"? If it is so tht it is illegal to solicit alliances until and unless one is divorced, then legal suits should be posted against these sites
