Soft copies of photos & emails+sms

Hello Everyone,

Have been asked to submit a list of documents by Judge, who has framed issues on Maintenance case.

I have a number of photos, emails and SMSs. Apart from submitting a hard copy, do I need to submit the same on a USB or CD or microchip to the court? Also when submitting them in this form do I need attach or pack the USB/ CD/ Microchip in a certain package?

Please guide.

submit the hard copies, no need to submit soft copy.

Hard copies - Opposite party will tell they never sent mail, no sms was sent and photos are all fake. What do you do?

Have all SMS's on my phone, mobile bill records of all SMS's,

Kitne din rakoge sms ko mobile mein? sms on mobile can be easily modified? How do you prove it is genuine? Mobile bill contains only that message is sent or received. But not the actual content.

Also complete conversation is required to prove whatever you want to prove. If bill says 100 msgs and you show only one message, who will believe. why one has to belive? how they should understand it?
