Society transfer fees

My father and mother expired and in agreement no name is mentioned since me being the son I have done registration part and for noc of the society they are charging transfer fees, they saying since in agreement my name is not mentioned, am I liable to pay To transfer fees being in blood relation

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether a son is liable to pay society transfer fees after his parents' passing, even though his name wasn't on the original agreement. The consensus is that as the legal heir, he should not have to pay these fees. If the society insists, seeking a court injunction is advised.

No, you need not to pay any such thing as you are the onlye legal heir of the property. If they insist just get an injuction order from court
