Hi,
The bunglow society we are part of, had in past given permission for commercial activty. Those commercial activities are still operational. Now when we have asked for the permission to start some commercial activity, we have been denied persmission. We have been told that couple of years back a resolution was passed to not allow commercial activity "henceforth"..
Its not a gated campus, and ours is the first bunglow...
please advise what can be done in such scenario?

In Such case ask society to provide the said resolution for denying commercial activity
upon the receipt study it and if it is legally permissible u can approach with a complaint to registrar of co-operative society
