Society is not conducting structural audit ? what are my legal options ?

Dear all eminent lawyers,

Our society is around 35 years old but till now no structural audit has been done. In fact, structural audit has not been done not even once. I have reminded the office bearers many times to conduct a structural audit but all my pleas have fallen on deaf years.

Please now let me know what are my legal options ?

Where and how can I complain ? What is the procedure ?

The society is based in Andheri East are of Mumbai.

Even after 35 years, no action is taken, then why are all other members kept silent? What is your interest after a lapse of 35 years?

In which State and where is your building? If you are in Mumbai, it is the municipality that requires structural audit to be done. You go to your ward office, find out the department and complain to them.
