Society formation & conveyance deed

Hi Experts,

I have purchased flat in 2011. Still society is not formed and conveyance deed is not done.

After following up builder does not reply.

Not even single flat owners in society is interested in   supporting me to approach Dy registrars for formation of society.

Can I alone approach Dy registrar and ensure society registration and conveyance deed is done?

Quick Summary
A flat owner purchased a property in 2011 but the society has not yet been formed, nor has the conveyance deed been executed by the builder. Despite attempts to follow up, the builder is unresponsive, and other flat owners are unwilling to support legal action. The owner is enquiring if they can independently approach the Deputy Registrar to ensure the society's registration and the conveyance deed are completed.

There is nothing wrong in filing a grievane before Registrar and seeking further guidance on the issue as redressal.  You can also seek information under RTI seeking for laid down norm in such circumstances.

What is the type of "Society" involved in your case ? However, it is presumed that it is not a Cooperative Society, isn't it??

It is advisable to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer with relevant records for analyses, professional guidance and necessary proceeding..
