Society conveyance deed

Builder has done society conveyance deed in registry office. After getting register agreement of society conveyance deed what action we should take so that land will completely transfer against society name.

A ‘conveyance deed’ or ‘sale deed’ implies that the seller signs a document stating that all authority and ownership of the property in question has been transferred to the buyer.
