I would like to know following things,
1. What is society by laws ?
2. Will this vary from one co-operartvie society to another ?
3.Do we have any Governement of India standard by laws which can should be adhered?
4. If we have standard society by laws , can you please share the link where i can download?.
5.Will this society by laws only applicable to registered co-operatvie housing societies ?
6.Is once the housing co-operative society get's registered will this be enough or will that registration expire after some specific time period?
7.If one of the owner is getting bullied / targeted by others do we have any legal provision to counter that ?
