Dear All,
After a herculian effort by M.C.Mehta the Hon'ble Apex Court started the appreciable exercise of cleansing of Air, Water (River Pollution) but I am yet to comprehend and understand what stops it to go a step further and get cleansed the Society at large in its Public Interest Suo Motto Domain.
Your take on this.
