can SMS be considered as evidence in court ? how to submit it for investigation ? IO would certainly tamper with it. i have the cell phone and the message in it . please suggest procedure for submitting this SMS ?

form the instrument you duplicate in a CD and submitt as a evidence.

contact cell phone company and service provider to get a printed detail.
