Case:498A and DP ACT 3& 4
Status:all are on bails and charge sheet not yet filed.
My query is at what stage of the case FIL or 498A gang will ask for recovery of articles..like my FIL send notice before filing the 498A he gave 3.5lac cash as dowry,150gm gold and for engagement 1lakh.
1.In these what are possible to recovery by FIL.
any suggestions please

During investigation and before filing of chargesheet IO should ask you to return everything
claimed to be given by them.

Wait a minute, there is no 406 in your case.
Hence the lady may file a fresh case of 406 or else the material is yours for the keep ;-)
