Sir\madam, a person is our colony premises is illegally receiving two pension from government. 1) retirement pension 2) old age pension. what are the criminal proceedings that can be filed on this person. please advise

double pension by single person

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the illegal receipt of two government pensions by a single individual: retirement pension and old age pension. It's advised that the person is likely not entitled to the old age pension. Recommendations include reporting the issue to the organisation providing the old age pension, potentially filing a police complaint with solid evidence, and complaining to the district administration and the pension sanctioning authority.

I think he is not entitled for the old age pension. Report to the cheif of the organsation from where he is drawing the old age pension and also ask them to file a police complaint. Even you can lodge a complaint in the area police station.

File a complaint with relevant evidence to cncerned pension sanctioning authority and disbursement officer/ agency.

If one is not destitute and getting govt pension then getting old age pension is not possible without fraudulent misrepresentation of facts. Criminal case can be made.

As soon as the pension disbursing authority of old age pension gets to know of the govt pension being drawn by him the said bank Manger/post Master can forthwith stop disbursement.
