Hi, I am in a process of purcahsing one site , that site is alloted by govt(bda) , the first allote while purchasing from govt she as signed in kannada in agreement copy, but while selling she as signed in english, now i am purchasing it from second party , he is having all the document in his name and also having bank loan, so i want to know whether this mother deed doument will becom valid as seller as signed in different language, so please suggest me.
