Signature on the gift settlement deed

1) The settlors signature on the gift settlement is fake.2) There is a alteration in the deed and is not signed there 3) The settle is a sister as recited in the deed , but the settlor claims he does not have any sister by that name.4)

Its a registered document, and is this registration valid.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses concerns about a potentially fake gift settlement deed. Key issues include a forged signature, an unsigned alteration, and the settlor denying the existence of the beneficiary named in the deed. It clarifies that while a registered document can be investigated at the sub-registrar's office, only a civil court has the authority to cancel it if proven fraudulent.

If you really know that the Gift or any deed is fake, file a suit in a court to cancel the document as the Registration Department or any other have no authority to cancel a registered document except if all the parties in the document execute the deed and only a civil court or High court or any Government has the power to cancel a registered document.
