Signature of a person with dementia

Hello All

I have a question, if a person has forgotten his signature because he has dementia, and he is the owner of a factory, what are the legal remedies available to access his bank accounts in order to pay his employees?

with the heip of a lawyer move a original petition in a curt having appropriate jurisdiction to declare you as next freind iin case of urgency you can proceed as next freind even without the previous step just as agaurdian can in the case of an infant
