Should we deduct employer & employee contribution on Maternity salary what we pay during maternity leave. Of course, the women employee is not covered under ESI.

It is felt that employee should get 3 months (84days) full salary.As full pay is paid, PF is to be deducted,employer should contribute full employer's contribution.
