can my case under section 498A, 354 , 406, 120 B be shifted to another state as the cause of action has not happen in the court where the case has been registered.

Atleast one of the above (498A) is considered "continuing offense" and can be filed from the wife's current jursidictional area and is investigated and tried. You have to fight by the merits of the case, after consulting a good advocate to defend on your behalf.
