As per the provisions of Sections 6 to 10 of the Hindu Succession Act.  If in case a male Hindu dies intestate his property devolves on his legal heirs named as Class-I  .

The Class-I legal heirs are sons, daughters, widow and mother of the deceased.   They all take one share each hence in your case each one is entitled of one share and as the male hindu died in your case leaving behind him five legal heirs of class-I.  Hence each one of you are entitled to one fifth share.
