Can a share transfer form which was tampered 18yrs back be questioned?
The form was in the custody of the Karta in good faith as he was a joint gaurdian in a HUF family. The karta misused the trust given to him by all his family members who were under him and a part of HUF.

No , normally the Karta under HUF has absolute powers as per his best judgment.
Morever raising the issue after long lapse of time can not have force . On the other hand it shows guilty mind .
