If the father has made no will is respect of his property, the daughter will succeed to his property equally along with all other legal heirs. After the lifetime of the daughter her share would devolve upon her children and husband.

Mr. Bansal,

U R right the duo (married daughter & her hubby) will be entitle for double share in the properity which has no will from U R father.
