Share of daughter after mother's death

My mother is dead in 1994. My mother have some property on her name. Can I get my share from my mother's property along with my brother equally.

Quick Summary
Following your mother's death in 1994, you are entitled to an equal share of her property alongside your brother. Both sons and daughters have the same rights to their parents' self-acquired and ancestral properties. If your mother passed away without a will (intestate), you and your brother would inherit equally.

You have not mentioned your father is alive or not ,if it is your mother's property if she has died interstate then you and your  brother get equal share.
