Share in mothers property

Is this a justifying that although a son is taking care of mother by all means still he doesnt gets the property rights Taking care for nearly 23 years .A mother has 4 daughters and only son . He has done all possible way to fulfill all the needs of mother ,getting the three sisters married ,house renovating ,spending in lakhs when mother was hospitalized ,etc . the son has all proof of his commitment like bank draft copy etc.Does this justify if mother does not give any property rights to his son .Mother is simply stubborn and due to old age crazy for her daughters .Now the son does not have trust for mother's will or the daughter may not let him get any thing from mothers property. Can the son get any thing as per property law if daughters do not wish the brother to get anything.

Actually when a brother get his sisters married he invests a huge amount as per his capacity . The boys parents look for a girl who is financially equal to them and

in this way he is giving away his sister her part of share.Secondly in our Hindu culture there are lots of obligations to be maintained through out the life towards the sisters , say some festival, child birth, any occasion in the sisters house, sisters children getting married etc as well as its the liability of the brother to look after the parents in the old age. Its true a number of times that the sisters do not demand anything in property from the brother but the court has made it manditary to give them the share. I believe the brothers should get the whole property
