Share from property

Hai every one,

I am from Tamilnadu. My mother had a land which she got from their from brothers as a share from ancestral property. She transferred the land to my sister without my consent in the year 2003 in which my age was 24. I have not signed the transfer deeds & docs. Can I file a suit against my sister for a share from that property? Is there any time limitation to file a suit from the date of registration of the deed?

Hi

My maternal parents property is due for sharing since my maternal parents i.e. my grand parents are no more since decades.  Kindly advise me the legal stand/my right on the property incase my mother refuse to give my entitlement.  The property is purely ancestrol and not self acquired by my other.

I am still waiting for clarification for my message.  Can the esteemed members  - Advocates/Lawyers enlighten me on the legal stand?
