One of our Memeber lost his share certificate. Now he want to sale his flat and for the same he is asking to issue Duplicate Share Certificate. Want to confirm the procedure and documentation for issuance of Duplicate Share Certificate.

Dear Dinesh kargutkar,
Your society by-laws will have a clause for the procedure to be adopted for issuing a duplicate share certificate.If nothing is mentioned , then on the member furnishing an indemnity bond the society can issue a duplicate share certificate.
