Whether a private limited company in same Board meeting allot some of its shares at par and some of its shares at premium?
According to me "YES"
Kindly tell if something needs to be taken into consideration for making such allotment?

Yes you are right , you can definitely allot shares at par and premium.However you need to have all the details & proper reasoning for such allotment. Mainly the premium shares are alloted to the non promoter group.
