shall defendant file application of order 39 rule 1and 2 against plaintiff without filing suit or counter claim

Sir i am defendant, plaintiff has filled a civil case against me in which he has filled 3 applications of order 39 rule 1and 2,all3 applications were dismissed. plantlff has no respect for court orders, he is continuously harrising me and trying to disspossesing me from my land, because of pending civil case in court police also is not taking any action against plaintiff, please tell me how will i come out from this problem, please give me legal advice and oblige

File application U/s151 CPC mentioning the facts along with affidavit and press to dispose the suit as soon as possible .
