Shall all family members can give a notarised affidavit to other family member to attend court case?

Pl. suggest me :

1) Shall all other family memebrs ( daughters and daughter in law ) can authorise any other person( One of The Son In Laws of the same Family) to lead court case for title suit of an immovable property on behalf of all of them?

2) If we proceed to AP High Court for Speedy trial of a Crminal Case going on in other court at Visakhapatnam Regd u/s 419, 420 r/w 34 , do we have to pay any court fee for this?

3) COP No. is visible on line. But certificate is not yet received. Shall I engage this advocate for all my legal works in courts?

Regards

NVS Sankara Prasad.

You can engage a lawyer of your choice from your area or search the column of this page.

They can authorise someone by executing a registered power of attorney to proceed on their behalf.

In a civil suit it is not mandatory for all the parties to appear before court regularly.

Your advocate can represent and conduct the case even during your absence.

Therefore there's no necessity to appoint a power of attorney to represent those people who are not able to participate in person.
