Someone gave me an idea....just wanted to confirm with the seniors on this forum.........
Can the husband become a citizen of a different country and then file for divorce in that country ? In this case, the wife will have spend lakhs and travel abroad to fight the case .....which would practically become impossible... Also, the laws in other countries are much easy and straight, the husband may get divorce within 2-3 dates....i.e. 3-4 months....
Is it really possible ?? I know it would take a huge amount to settle abroad and get the citizenship of a different country, but its worth it....
Plz advice pros and cons !!!
